Your Schools. Your Community.
At the Pasadena Educational Foundation we believe strong schools build strong communities. That is why, for more than 40 years, we have been committed to building dynamic community partnerships to support our public schools.
Every day we are inspired by the creativity and innovation we see in our public school classrooms. Whether it be through the arts, music, health centers, gardens, or the STEM programs we support, we are creating a better future for our students and for our community.
Working directly with public school supporters — like you — helps us to remain a vital part of our community and to provide essential resources and enrichment opportunities to every public school student in Altadena, Pasadena, and Sierra Madre.
Support education in your community —please make a generous contribution today.

PEF’s tremendous growth over the past 40 years has been accomplished through the devotion of an enterprising staff and the generosity of a wide spectrum of generous donors -- individuals, community organizations, business leaders, and civic organizations. Many donors are in active partnership with PEF. Public education is their passion and they know excellence in our schools depends on their ongoing participation.
At this critical time in public education, PEF asks its donors to contribute more generously than ever before, and encourages new donors to join this dedicated circle of friends. To do anything short of this is to do a disservice to our students and teachers, and to the wider communities that stand to benefit from having strong public schools.
Strong schools are essential to ensure a capable and creative workforce and a vibrant and healthy economy. Given the continuing and substantial state funding cuts in public education, support from our own community is now more important than ever.
