Kids with Heart
Over the past four years, Paseo Colorado has honored Pasadena Unified School District children who have demonstrated care, compassion and concern for others through the Kids With Heart program. The 4th annual installment of Kids With Heart is April 9, 2010.
The Kids With Heart program recognizes 10 exceptional young people who are passionate about volunteerism and community service.
Through nominations by members of the community, a grand-prize winner and nine runners-up will be selected as Paseo Colorado’s Kids With Heart award recipients; prizes include a $500 donation to the charity of the grand-prize winner’s choice and ten $100 shopping sprees.
The person who nominates the winning "kid" will also receive a $100 shopping spree.
